As a Broker Sales Administrator you will handle quote requests from brokers. Your role would require you to be fast and accurate, so attention to detail is critical to this position. You will interact directly with the Broker Sales Advisers on daily basis, ensuring that quote requests reaches them in a timeous manner with a 100% capturing quality.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND WORK OUTPUTS
The Broker Sales Administrator will primarily be responsible for converting leads into quotes with minimum quantity and quality targets that are in place including, but not limited to:
Monthly quote volumes
Complaints to workload ratio
Quality audit target
Service level KPI's
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
Ability to execute and deliver results
Excellent computer skills
Uncompromising approach towards service excellence and the ability to work in a fast paced and results-orientated environment
Attention to detail
Ability to work in a team environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
Enthusiastic and passionate about the job and the company
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Matric or qualification equivalent to matric
At least six months experience in a call centre
