Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound to sell medical insurance products
Manage and resolve customer complaints promptly
Identify and escalate priority issues with the concerned department
Manage call center database; enter new information as necessary
Requirements:

Minimum 6 months experience
Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
Strong phone and communication skills including active listening
Ability to work under pressure
