Urgently Needed. Call Centre Agents Or Customer Service Representatives with Good Communication skills and Face to face Interactive skills for tumendious positions Inbound, Customers service and Multi Media. Candidates Should Be Highly Motivated and with Grade 12 as Minimum Qualification. Training will Be provided to those Without experience.

Candidates will be Assigned to do the following Tasks.

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails.

Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system.

Provide product and service information to customers.

Research required information using available resources.

Research, identify and resolve customer complaints using applicable software.

Route calls to appropriate resources.

Wages. R4500 to 12000p/m.
