Are methodical, reliable and efficient, with good attention to detail

Are computer literate, particularly in MS Excel, Word and Outlook
Your roles and responsibilities:
Among other tasks, your main responsibilities will include:
Communicating with clients about the financial emigration process and managing clients’ expectations regarding the emigration process and time frames involved.
Liaising with banks and tax teams on behalf of clients and managing client documentation
Maintaining an efficient client documentation process flow
Assisting clients with the completion of documentation and quality checking prior to receiving originals
Preparing client applications through to respective product providers
Assisting with the opening and monitoring of new client’s accounts (internal and bank accounts)
Managing an active, central client mailbox
Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with colleagues, different product providers, banks and clients
Responsible for monitoring and filing original documents and couriering client applications
Extra points if you have:
Previous experience in customer service/relations within a financial services company
