We are currently looking to recruit a Client Services Consultant for Centurion. Suitable candidate requires a valid driver’s license & own vehicle to travel to site and meet with Contractors and Clients. We are looking for 4 years work experience in Contingent Workforce Management, Client Relationship Management, HR Management and Recruitment.
We require your working knowledge of Temporary Employment Services.

Purpose of the position:
To ensure fully compliant and on-time contractor on-boarding and that contractors enjoy excellent point-of-contact engagement and query resolution as per agreed time standards.

Key responsibilities & duties:
To attend to all on-boarding of all contractors as per agreed standards from present quotation and obtain contractor personal information/after receiving company contractual information.
To prepare preliminary information and quotes in respect of employee benefits.
To receive and process at point-of-contact, all contractor requests.
To assist Key Account Managers in the resolution of all contractor administration matters.
To provide a client friendly and professional response to all requests for assistance whether from client, contractor, or management.
Undertaking trouble-shooting and root-cause problem assessment when service
delivery fails.

Academic qualifications/Work Experience:
Contingent Workforce Management - at least 2 years’ experience
Contract Admin Experience - at least 2 years’ experience
Client Service - at least 5 years’ experience
HR Management - at least 5 years’ experience
Relevant HR and Business Management Degree
