Job Description

Then this position at Europcar Chauffeur Service Contact Centre in Bruma as a Contact Centre Agent would be the ideal stepping stone in your career.

Position Overview

To identify the needs of the customers, match and exceed their needs and expectations with our service offering. Achieve service delivery and sales targets; maintain business growth through professional interactions and effective service delivery to booking agents, customers and other stakeholders.

Specific Role Responsibilities
Job Outputs
• Process domestic and international car rental bookings.
• Process quotations
• General information distribution.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• After sales service
• Query resolution
• Record keeping
• Liaise with internal departments
Qualifications and Experience Minimum Experience:
• 2 years Customer Service/Call Centre Experience

Minimum Qualification:
• Grade 12

Minimum Requirements:
• Driver’s License
• Own Transport
• Computer Literate

Important to note:
• Shift work on every second weekend (Saturday and Sunday)
• This is a 24 Hour Contact Centre
