An Occupational Health qualification and at least 2 years’ experience in an occupational healthcare environment
A Dispensing License
Audiometry qualification (with update in instruction 171)
A Primary Healthcare certificate (will be an advantage)
HIV/AIDS Counseling
Computer Literacy in Excel, Word, E-mail and Windows XP
Registered with the SANC and SASOHN
Good Communication Skills
Own Transport essential - MUST be prepared to travel and sleep out
A sense of urgency and business commitment.
Positive attitude, drive, flexibility and a professional image in terms of appearance and conduct at all times
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Service provision, delivery and general clinic management at Walk in Clinic and Mobile Units
Quality checking of files and ensuring delivery of COF’s to clients timeously
Communication between Client and Business
Medical Surveillance Programme
Provision of Wellness Services at onsite clinic and remote sites
HIV counseling and training
Hearing Conservation Programme
Monthly Invoices
Monthly Reports to Clients
Marketing of the services to various clients
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Lung Function
Audio
Staff Management
Negotiation skills
Confidence and good communication skills
Understanding of budgets or finance within the role
Driven and seeking to grow into a Regional Management role
