Key Performance Area:
Receive telephonic or e-mail request;
Scan the request to determine prioritisation;
Action urgent requests immediately;
Confirm that a full description was received;
Confirm the required equipment to address the service request;
Keep the client & Service Office continually informed
Liaise with the Sales Office the scope of supply required by client;
Compile quotation (Equipment,spares, accessories and transport);
Submit quotation for approval to the Commercial Manager;
Submit quotation to the client;
Follow-up quotation status with the client;
Receive client quotation approval;
Receive PO;
Liaise with the Sales Office to confirm the scope of supply required by client.
Liaise with the logistics to ensure availability of stock.
Engage client on deliver of stock;
Communicate set appointments with logistics department;
Follow-up delivery status with the client;
Measure client satisfaction after delivery.
Document key client list
Improve client engagement.
Implement effective sales process and compliance.
Create, monitor and manager CRM posting of tasks, including deal management.
Generate reports on sales activities
Generate commission reports for approval
Generate sales visit reports
Manage all after sales touchpoints for review in sales meetings
Increase efficiencies of sales
Minimum requirements:
Matric of grade 12
B-Degree (M+3) or National Diploma should be an advantage and not a minimum requirement.
Relevant coordination of sales as minimum requirement
3+ years of relevant coordination experience and expertise
Knowledge:

Relevant marine equipment, policies, strategies, and procedures to effectively promote effective local, provincial or national operations to ensure protection of any data, people, institutions and property.
Methods and principles for moving goods to people by sea, air, road or rail, along with the benefits and associated costs.
Principles and the relative processes for providing excellent personal customer services, which includes needs assessments, ensuring the quality standards, and evaluating the satisfaction of your employer.
Broadcasting, transmission, switching, control and the operation of any sea based or land-based telecommunications systems.
For travelling at sea you need knowledge of the methods and principles behind the features of sea, land and air masses, as well as their physical characteristics, interrelationships, location and distribution along with certain plants, animal life, and human life.

Excellent client relationship skills (Quality client engagement)
High capacity to represent the brand
Ability to multitask & remain attentive in an often-busy environment
Be naturally calm and focused
Be versatile if participation in other types of activity is required
Team player (especially within a matrix project environment)
Intermediate MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Travelling:
From time to time travelling on behalf of the company is required.
