JOB DESCRIPTION-CONCIERGE

Must be well groomed, well-spoken mature individual to run very busy travel desks at the hotel.

Must have a good knowledge of Cape Town and surroundings and all activities offered to hotel guests.
Must love working / communicating with people?
Must be able to work shifts
Experience in any tourism industry is an advantage
Responsibilities:

Meet and greet with guests
Offer chauffer drives, shuttle services and tours
Recommend restaurants, shopping center’s etc.
Assist with bookings
Assist with any all needs of the guests

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: R2,500.00 to R3,000.00 /month
