JOB PURPOSE
To ensure accurate and timely Invoicing services for Investor Services transactions from South African and African Region (AR) clients. Manage and improve the operational efficiency of the invoicing function to optimise service delivery and maintain regulatory and compliance standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
Manage accurate and timely invoicing of fees for custody services, multi-direct and fund services for Investor Services (IS) products according to contracted fee schedules and service level agreements to minimise revenue leakage.
Manage invoicing to recover fees for selected IS product and third-party revenue to meet IS NIR and NII revenue targets. Partner with Finance to input Investor Services debtors and fees on the general ledger (GL) and NII and NIR commentary to ensure accurate reporting.
Manage accuracy of data captured and invoices prepared according to contracts and fee schedules on behalf of Investor Services and recovery on third party banking fees.
Implement and manage adherence to invoicing standards and processes, compliance guidelines and local and foreign regulatory requirements to achieve favourable audit outcomes and manage reputational risk.
Contribute to identification and implementation of technology improvement and automation initiatives to improve efficiency of Investor Services Billing function and quality of data.
Capture data, prepare and submit daily and month-end reporting of invoicing against SLAβs and client service key result indicators, (including volumes, errors, missed debits, escalations, turnaround times.) to track productivity and efficiency of invoicing.
Monitor quality of data captured and maintained within fee billing systems including pricing and client data to facilitate accurate invoicing, reporting and robotics processing.
Manage allocation of client portfolios to consultants to optimise efficiency, accuracy and service delivery to clients.

QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma: Finance and Accounting
5-7 years experience in demonstrating an understanding of operational environment and management of service delivery to meet expectations of internal and external stakeholders
Ablility to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational efficiencies.
3-4 years experience demonstrating understanding and application of financial principles to invoicing, collections and billing functions across geographic jurisdictions.
