PURPOSE OF YOUR ROLE:

The delivery of set daily, weekly and monthly club sales and activity targets by promoting and marketing Ignite Fitness as the preferred choice in the fitness industry. Full accountability for your share of activity and sales targets as set out in the role’s duties and responsibilities below.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing & Lead Generation Actively and consistently market and generate new leads both outside the club as well as through referrals inside the club.
Contacting Prospective Members Ensure that all leads are followed up telephonically, via email or in person with a view to book an appointment to view the club and offering.
Touring & Presenting to Prospective Members Conduct a thorough needs analysis with prospective members and according to this, provide relevant tour of club, product and facilities.
Price Presenting & Selling Present membership prices clearly and concisely according to Ignite Price points matched to the needs of prospective member.
Admin and reporting Record all sales activity accurately and consistently for reporting purposes and to assist in identifying training areas to improve performance ratios. Accurate completion of membership contracts and efficient management of data and pending sales.
Sales Performance Take full responsibility and accountability for your sales performance and share of target through consistent delivery of duties and responsibilities detailed above and as detailed in your Performance Agreement document

Salary: From R7,000.00 per month
