A minimum of a diploma in any commercial discipline and a minimum of 3 years experience
Preparing, organizing and storing information in paper and digital form.
Dealing with queries on the phone and by email.
Greeting visitors at reception.
Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and booking rooms.
Arranging travel and accommodation.
Any other administrative related duties.

Ability to commute/relocate:
Johannesburg South, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 3 years (Preferred)
