LARGE LEGAL PRACTICE HAS A VACANCY FOR A CONVEYANCING TYPIST IN NELSPRUIT

Requirements:

Matric/Grade 12 certificate
Tertiary qualification in commercial law (LLB Degree)
Must be registered as a Conveyancer
10 Years’ experience within a similar role
3 years’ experience in attending bond registrations for ABSA, Standard Bank, FNB and Nedbank
Experience in attending to correspondents would be an advantage
Computer skills: GhostConvey, Webconvey, Windeed, Lawactive, Storedoc, Lotus Notes
Clean ITC and Criminal checks
Motivated self-starter
Must be a highly organised
Has to be honest and reliable
Able to prioritise and work well under pressure
