Ensure yield on revenue sold is at the required level of Gross Profit
Increase turnover of existing customers across the entire account base by upselling and cross selling
Contact potential customers & convert opportunity to sales
Identify opportunities to win business where Customers currently favour competitors’ products
Ability to negotiate a win/win business solution in meeting client needs
Inform customers of new products/brands, promotional campaigns or joint marketing programs and feedback to management
Ensure knowledge and understanding of client’s business
Determine who the key decision-makers are and what the prospects needs are
Sales admin, Internal coordination and Printers
Ensure all documents are safeguarded and filed correctly
Distribute catalogues for internal/external customers
Demonstrate team work by collaborating across business
Forward customer credit applications to Credit control
Generate quotes and orders and email clients the confirmation on an ad hoc basis
General ad hoc duties as directed
Report any problems to IT
Ensure adequate quantity of printer paper and Toner is stored safely on-site
Customer Service
Resolve complaints and queries effectively
Assist walk in customers with queries, samples and collections
