Management and administration of the Vryheid, Newcastle and Piet Retief Service Centres
Supervise staff across all three depots
Service Centre cost control.
Control and supervise the workshop and parts functions.
Support product in the field. Leads and directs quality of technical service
Actively promote and sell the Bell after sales system.
Support the machines sales function where required to
Analyses and makes decisions in conjunction with regional technical manager, on re-work and credit notes within level of authority and policy
Maintains good customer relations and resolves critical/complex queries with customers
Manage OSH Act requirements of Service Centres.
Resolves critical problems relating to availability of stock items and emergency orders
Authorises financial transactions for depot as per level of authority
Desired Experience & Qualification
Applicants must be qualified Earthmoving Diesel Mechanics.
Applicants must have previous supervisory experience.
Good communication, Public Relations & report writing skills.
Must be resourceful and self-motivated.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience on Bell machines.
Knowledge of Bell aftersales systems & procedures.
