Duties & Responsibilities
Ensuring that the calculations codes and pricing with regards to customer invoicing is correct and are managed in accordance with the relevant procedures and processes
Debtors - Ensuring the daily admin of customer accounts and the control of credit sales outstanding to customers (debtors) are managed in accordance with the relevant
Ensuring that the daily administration of customer accounts and the control of credit sales outstanding to customers (debtors) are managed in accordance with the relevant procedures and processes
To ensure excellent customer service from receipt of customer requirements through to receipt of product by Customer is adhered to in accordance with the relevant procedures
To ensure that production plants are timeously informed about the various orders, and production scheduling in accordance with company procedures. Ensure daily smooth interactions between the orders department, production and logistics.
Desired Experience & Qualification
GR 12 Certificate and applicable tertiary qualification
Possession of a valid code 08/EB driver’s license
3 Years’ experience in similar role
Working knowledge of Excel, MSOutlook and Word
