Job description
The role is responsible for the development and execution of the digital strategy for the company, responsible for planning, building, and implementing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels and platforms in order to raise brand awareness and engagement. Ability to use organic search campaigns, paid advertising, email marketing, social media, and other channels to increase awareness about the organization, brand, products, and services. Responsible for identifying key target audiences and creating communication which grows audiences, engagement and conversions which are aligned to the business and marketing objectives.
Minimum requirements:
· A relevant Diploma/Degree
· At least 2 Years in Administration/Operations Management.
· 3 - 4 Years in Digital Marketing Experience.
· 2 – 3 Years working experience using Digital Marketing Tools.
The use and understanding of paid advertising platforms is a must, Facebook Ad Manager and Google Ad words. You will be asked to show us the platform and how it works in the interview stages.
Ecommerce understanding and knowledge.
Responsibilities:
· Create and execute digital marketing campaigns.
· Provide input into the design and improvements of the UI/UX elements of our websites and administer these websites and publish content.
· Create both written and visual content across channels and work with our designers, copywriters, and content specialists to create targeted content tailored to each platform, audience, and goal.
· Monitor the performance of campaigns and suggest and implement improvements to optimize these using analytics tools to identify opportunities to reach our business and marketing goals.
· Prepare reports, presentations etc. to communicate results and analyze campaign outcomes, ROI and KPI’s.
Technical Outputs:
· Search engine optimization (SEO) –advanced knowledge of SEO and the ability to create and effectively manage organic search campaigns based on specific objectives.
· Pay-per-click Advertising (PPC) – Deliver profitable PPC campaigns that meet specific objectives and deliver ROI across multiple ad networks, such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and paid social advertising.
· Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) – Use CRO to optimize our marketing funnels, improve campaign performance and improve landing page conversion rates/reduce bounce rates.
· Data Analysis – Use data analytics to measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance and provide accurate insights to allow the marketing team and leadership to make data-driven decisions.
· Social Media Marketing – Grow high-quality followers in our industry as identified in our strategies and improve engagement across the main social channels, including industry specific platforms.
· Digital PR – Develop and increase our online presence through high-quality backlink generation, press releases, guest posting, and other initiatives that elevate status and brand exposure online.
· Website CMS – To be able to administer and publish content on our websites we require experience with website content management systems –WordPress being advantageous.
