Attend to all reception duties including managing incoming calls, greeting clients and front desk management,
Maintain office and kitchen supplies and equipment,
Control of stationery,
Collection and distribution of mail, preparing mail and courier bookings and deliveries,
Coordinate boardroom bookings and manage events,
General office administration,
Ad hoc administrative tasks as required,
Take up other duties as assigned (assisting internal staff where possible, schedules etc.)
REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12 or equivalent,
MS Office (especially Excel and MS Word), Internet, e-mail
Motivated, passionate and customer focused,
Strong attention to detail,
Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise,
Punctual, reliable and self motivated,
Team player
Problem solver and a good communicator
Must be organised and willing to learn
