A dynamic security company in based in Midrand is currently looking for experienced Guarding Sales Consultants.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years minimum experience as a sales consultant in the Security Industry.
Duties & Responsibilities
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· To focus on New Business Development as a priority
· To manage and co-ordinate all quotations and proposals
· To manage and co-ordinate tenders for new and current business
· To drive and co-ordinate marketing functions and events as and when required
· Complete and present risk assessments for new business and key accounts
· Research and ensure that clients always has access to the latest and most innovative technologies
· Attending Weekly sales meetings with Managing Director
· Cold calling with a minimum of 5 calls per day and loading on CRM system
· Attending weekly Mega Park Offs
· Sales presentations to existing and prospective clients
· Preparation of quotations and distribution to current and prospective clients
· Follow up on quotations presented to existing and or current clients and updating on CRM
· Preparation and submission of quarterly and annual targets
· Attending training – internal and external
· Daily 15 minute meetings with the Special Projects Co-ordinator
· Presentation of Marketing plan for dedicated area of sales
· Attend new guard site start up meetings with Operations as well as attending the actual site start up
with the respective Area Managers and Operations Manager
· Submitting of commission sheets and fuel breakdown report to the Managing Director by the 12th of
every month and submission to payroll has by no later than the 15th of every month in order to process
payment once signed off by the Managing Director
· Completion and submission of daily task sheets
· Submission of pending sales report to the Managing Director

PSIRA Registered
Advanced Alarm knowledge
Advanced Guarding knowledge
Advanced Control centre knowledge
Advanced Reaction knowledge
Advanced Operational knowledge
Proven sales record
Valid driver`s license
P.C literate
Own Vehicle
