Dis-Chem Pharmacies' Head Office in Midrand has an opportunity available for a Security Manager for the Guarding Division. A minimum of 5 years' experience in the security/guarding industry, PSIRA registration, a clear criminal record and a driver's license are essential.
Description
Responsibilities:

Training of security guards for a retail and warehouse environment
Management of security guards
Disciplinary Hearings and Labour relations - all aspects of hearings i.e.: initiator, chairman etc
Performance appraisals of security personnel
Daily parades
Enforce uniform code
Enforce code of conducts and discipline
Control absenteeism
Report writing

Time Management
Honesty & Integrity
Attention to detail
Administration skills
Special Conditions of employment:
