Leading 5* Hotel on a Wine Estate seeks a positive and energetic individual with high standards of presentation and communication and excels in guest service delivery:
Job Requirements


Overall Management of the housekeeping team
Focus on Guests Needs
Ensures that Housekeeping is staffed and that the highest standards of professionalism and productivity are maintained at all times.
5 years experience in a Managerial role

Personal Attributes

Must own their own transport and be in possession of a valid drivers licence
Excellent communication and guest interaction skills, including guest complaints
Self-starter
Highly flexible with regards to shifts, proactive and confident
Must be able to cope well under pressure
Lively and energetic
Team player – very approachable and open to suggestions and feedback
IT literate and excellent telephone skills
Well spoken, professional and presentable
Strong attention to detail
Proactive and urgency
Extreme dedication and flexibility
