Now actioning the hiring plan for the SA recruitment team.

Main duties (but not limited to):

Qualify candidates' suitability for current or future vacancies: Identify client needs and match candidates to existing vacancies while understanding and anticipating customers' requirements.
Create, develop, and maintain good working relationships with candidates through resourcing activities (e.g., advertising, social media, referrals, etc.).
Maintain effective communication with locums and work alongside the Resourcing and Compliance Teams
Brief candidates on all details relating to a job including any specific information about the hospital and its policies (e.g., break policy, accommodation, travel arrangements).
Update all communications with candidates and clients on the CRM system, and all necessary housekeeping (e.g., update changes in contact number, address, time away from work, etc.).
