We are looking for a professional HR Business Partner to join a client in Northern Cape. The successful candidate will be responsible for bringing HR insight (including Employee and Industrial Relations) to bear on all people related issues (people, capabilities, organisation, leadership and culture).

Honours Degree in Human Resources management.
7 years working experience as a HR Generalist / HR Business Partner
Work experience with proven knowledge of Labour Law, Industrial Relations and HR management.
Experience in the mining industry would be advantageous.
Computer Literacy Thorough knowledge of MS Office with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
Must be able to work as part of a team and independently.
