Duties & Responsibilities
Summary of Key Areas
A. Full Recruitment function:
1. Sourcing
2. Interviewing
3. Bakground checks
4. Drafting and presenting offers
B. Skills Development:
1. Booking of training
2. Coordination of training events
C. General Administration:
1. Monthly reporting
2. Creating POs
3. Taking Minutes
4. Document management related to Recruitment, Skills Development.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Degree in Human Resource Management or suitable equivalent.
5 years recruitment and skills development experience.
Immediately available.
Quick learner.
Hight attention to detailed.
Fast paced worker.

High proactiveness.
