MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12

MS Office proficiency – with Advanced Excel skills.

Diploma / Degree in Human Resources

Valid Driver’s License – Code 08 and own reliable vehicle


EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
3 - 5 years’ experience as an HR Generalist & in the position of an HR Officer (within Mining Industry an added advantage)

Experience with Recruitment from vacancy notice to appointment process.

Experience with Remuneration Management (Package Build Up and Cost to Company administration)

Payroll Experience (VIP or Payspace)

Experience with Benefits Administration

Up to date knowledge and interpretation of all applicable legislation


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist Head of HR with facilitation and effective application of Company HR Policies
Manpower Planning

Placing of Internal and External Adverts for Sites and Head Office vacancies

On-boarding and Termination processes for employees

Site Visits for consultations

Termination (Exit Interviews)
Coordinate HR Projects, e.g. Project demobilisations and collation
