We are Looking For Call Centre / Customer Service Agents who are Passionate and a service Driven for Various positions in Banks, Cellular, and Insurance Corporations. ( Permanet Jobs).

Minimum Requirement of Grade 11 -12 shall be required from all applicants.

All Successful Candidates will Be Enrolled to Perform the following Duties
Answer calls and respond to emails
Handle customer inquiries both over the phone and by email
Manage and resolve customer complaints
Provide customers with product and service information
Enter new customer information into system
Update existing customer information
Route calls to appropriate resource

The Opportunity is Open to all candidates but should be Efficient In English (Verbal & Written) and at least one local Language. No Call Centre Experience is Required as We provide training and qualification.

Salary R4 500 to R11 000 monthly plus unlimited benefits.
