Full-time, Permanent
Answering of incoming phone calls
Assist walk in customers
Call allocated accounts which include promotional accounts to generate sales and keep in contact
Assist external representatives, process orders, call customers with back orders, create quotes when asked to, assist with any reasonable requests
Answer all email inquiries and orders within the reasonable time frame
Attend to all inquiries arising after orders have been processed. Should other departments be involved, email the relevant person whom needs to assist
Identify new potential customers, inquiry with external representative first before sending relevant information about opening new accounts
All engraving jobs will require a clean-up of a logo and/or an approval to be faxed/e-mailed out. Follow ups must be done within a week and paperwork to be handed in to engraving manager when complete
Processing of key account orders and any orders handed out by the manager
Online inquiries and/or other emails sent must be answered
Sales reports and call reports are to be completed and handed in weekly
Following up on quotations sent out
Work on shows (Huntex, Nampo etc) when needed, during the week and/or weekends
Follow any lawful and reasonable instruction given by management
Bilingual (Afrikaans & English)

Ability to commute/relocate:
Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
