Duties Responsibilities
Provide operational administrative support to Account Managers.
Process of sales orders received.
Stock reservations and allocations.
Weekly customer backlog reports.
Manage customer forecasts.
Proforma invoices for COD customers.
Capturing monthly pricing for house accounts.
Managing sample requests.

Qualifications Experience
MatricGrade 12.
Minimum 24 years experience in the chemical industry.
Previous experience in exports advantageous.
Good knowledge of bulk chemicals.
Computer literate in MS Office.
Communication.
