Duties:
Sourcing open roles within the medical industry
Handling enquiries from candidates and clients in the absence of the Perm Recruitment Consultant
Maintaining administrative systems
Arranging interviews (if necessary)
Formatting documentation such as CVs
Advertising positions on various job portals and social media
Screening all CVs received and communicating with candidates on the status of the application
Ensuring that our CRM system is interacted with at all time
Work on ad-hoc tasks as they arise
Previous experience:
Previous recruitment administration experience is essential
Must be able to speak Afrikaans (PLEASE ENSURE THIS IS REFLECTED ON YOUR CV)
Strong Microsoft Office skills
You must be highly organised
