Job description
AllLife is looking for passionate, talented and highly successful Junior Sales Manager - Insurance Sales Division to take one of our sales teams to the next level.
We are looking for someone who leads from the front, who is hungry to grow personally and bring a new dynamic to our team, someone who is exceptional at supporting, growing and delivering through people.
The ideal candidate MUST have had extensive exposure to life insurance, must be able to drive high conversions on hot leads and also generate referral leads and sales.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
· Matric
· Clear Criminal and Clear Credit Record
· With reliable or preferably their own transport.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
· Must have 2 - 3 years’ experience in leading highly successful outbound sales teams.
· Must have 2 - 3 years’ years’ sound insurance industry knowledge
· Solid experience in selling complex underwritten life insurance is preferable.
· Individuals must have a successful and proven sales track record.
· Computer literate
· Tertiary Education Preferable
· FAIS Accredited/RE5 Advantage

CANDIDATE RENUMERATION PACKAGE
· Basic, plus benefits and an extremely competitive commission structure.
