We are looking for a qualified Landscaper/Gardener to join a hotel group based in Knysna.

The correct individual should have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working experience working in medium to large gardens.

The Role:

To assist in the preparation of conceptual and schematic design plans and reports
To participate in design workshops with clients and staff as required
To liaise with clients understand the project scope in accordance with the project requirements and deliver excellence in design
Establish general landscape requirements with clients
Prepare detailed plans and drawings of the designs for projects construction details and specifications
Lead Design team from concept to construction documentation
Strong presentations skills
Take ownership of projects
Excellent track record of the delivery of projects
Requirements:

Strong Landscape Architecture and project management skills
Knowledge of design trends, techniques, materials and world class practice
A recognized landscape architectural professional certification
Proven track record of design, tender and construction processes with a strong portfolio that demonstrates excellence in design
Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary design and delivery teams
Qualification:

You will hold a qualification in Horticulture
Strong graphic, written and verbal communication skills
