Requirements
A matric qualification essential.
A Diploma/Certificate in Logistics Management essential and a Degree in Logistics Management will be an advantage.
3 years experience in import/export and foreign- to- foreign shipping responsibilities.
Demonstrate excellent knowledge of INCOTERMS and Foreign Currency
Demonstrate excellent competence working with HS or Tariff Codes.
Demonstrate knowledge and ability of demand planning and forecasting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint.
Demonstrate knowledge of Pastel and SAP systems.
Demonstrate strong mastery of English Business Language.
Business Acumen

Key Outputs
Control and maintain all imports, exports and foreign-to-foreign transactions.
Coordinate and manage debt recovery according to procedure.
Fulfill required Creditors and Debtors Administration according to policies and procedures.
Compile and reconcile various financial statements.
Update and maintain CURA, incident reporting and corrective action system.
Ensure customer expectations and service principles are met and maintained.
Maintain and update contract register, tax clearance certificate and BBEEE certification.
