At Pangea we teach English to students from across the globe via our online web portal program on a 24/7 basis and we are looking for recent graduates with a 3-year Bachelor's Degree or currently registered as a 3rd year Bachelor's Degree Student.

We have an incentivized pay structure based on the grade you receive from your students, the average earnings are between R36-R50 per class for teachers who are in the middle to top bracket , the average for teachers in the *bottom bracket* is R25 per class. Because we work 24/7 we require our teachers to work in specific shifts.

Weekday Shift is a minimum of 30 hours a week (weekday shifts) with the weekend off.
Weekend Shift is a 2-day shift on Saturday and Sunday, teachers are required to work one normal shift and one double shift.
We provide the following shifts; Only *limited shifts are currently availabl* e:

Morning shift - 07:00am-13:30pm
Afternoon shift - 12:00pm-18:30pm
Evening shift - 18:30-00:30am
Graveyard shift - 00:00am-7:30am
We have three minimum requirements; please ensure you meet all the requirements before applying.

You MUST have a clear and neutral accent, as you will be teaching foreign nationals and it is essential for their learning to be able to clearly understand their teacher,
Have a 3-year Bachelor's degree,
Be a South African citizen or have a study permit/work permit that is valid for at least 12 months.
We require reliability and punctuality from our teachers who are assisting foreign nationals to learn about various topics which may assist them in landing their perfect job, be active in conversations related to business meetings, as well as be more involved in small talk and most importantly helping them to bridge the communication gap when they are traveling.
