Minimum Requirements:

PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation.

Fire arm competent with Fire arm competency

Minimum 5 years’ experience in Management of security on a senior level

Drivers Licence with own vehicle

Strong planning, leadership, organisational skills as well as good interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Computer literacy on Microsoft Programs.

Must be willing to work shift (Dayshift and Nightshift)

Must reside in KZN | Durban South area

Key Performance Areas: (not totally inclusive):

Ensuring that contractual requirements are met as stipulated by the Client.

Maintaining good relations between Fidelity Security Services Group and the Client with regard to security services rendered.

Ensuring that Security staff maintains required performance at all times.

Dealing with all required administration matters.

Liaising daily with Branch management on various operational issues.

Submitting relevant weekly / monthly incident and general reports as required by Management.
