Continue to APPLY!Our client in the telecommunications sector is now recruiting for the position of Payment Services Agent - a Call Centre Agent who will be involved with Payment Service Provider (PSP) operations. Duties will include working closely with merchants and administering tasks related to card and EFT payments as well Acquiring and Issuing operations, verifying payments and transactions, handling complaints and other tasks.
Duties & Responsibilities
Assisting with Payment Service Provider (PSP) operations
Providing a service to clients and merchants
Attending to card, EFT, acquiring and issuing related queries
Maintaining merchant relationships
Verifying payments and transactions
Attending to queries and complaints
Identifying issues and trends
Participating in projects as required
Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric ESSENTIAL
Relevant tertiary qualification beneficial
At least 1 to 3 years experience in Payment Service Provider (PSP) operations, card and EFT payments as well as Acquiring and Issuing ESSENTIAL
Expert knowledge of MS Office ESSENTIAL
