What you will be doing:
Achieve Sales revenue targets
Achieve Dealer number targets
Grow the dealer market place through driving customer acquisitions
Execute all Sales campaigns
Ensure effective communication is maintained within the department and other management personnel
Ensure a high level of quality and accuracy is carried out on all tasks
Produce all relevant reports required by the Head of Sales within the set deadlines
Adhere to all company policies with regards to series agreements / contracts and discount structures.
All account documentation (contracts) to be correctly processed
Attend and participate in weekly and monthly departmental meetings
All client complaints/queries to be resolved within the same working day
Weekly documented meetings with Head of Sales
Who we’re looking for:
3+ years experience in Telesales
Undergraduate Degree
Ability to work in a fast-paced business environment
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
Interpersonal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask
Sales and negotiation skills
Problem solving skills
Innovative and out of the box thinking
Customer centric approach
Good administration skills
Computer literate – MS Office (including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and the Internet
Well spoken
