Randburg and Samrand Campus

Purpose of the Position:
Internship – Programming. To learn and perform all macro scheduling and EPG requirements, including inserting images onto EPG and VOD.

Key Performance Objectives
Tasks

Operational delivery

Internship Programming
Ensure utilization of all business systems.
Ensure and maintain EPG scheduling standards across SuperSport channels.
Inserting of imagery onto EPG.
Ensure that all relevant and current information is scheduled and kept up to date at all times on all SA, Rest of Africa and Nigerian channels including Maximo.
Ensure that all sport is scheduled as per rights agreements and in in the respective territories.
Execute programme changes and ensure all stakeholders are timeously informed.
Update and maintain accurate series linking across allocated channels.
Source and edit relevant programme information into required formats.
Manage relationships with channels.

Qualification:
A Matric Certificate or Equivalent NQF Level 4 Qualification
Qualification Preferred:
A Degree or Diploma in Sport Management.
Graphic Design knowledge is advantageous.
Degree or diploma in journalism or communications.

Experience
Minimum 1 year media experience
