Dis-Chem Pharmacies requires a Recruitment Administrator at our Head Office in Midrand. You will be required to administrate the Dis-Chem Recruitment processes as an effective and efficient strategic function within the Human Resource Department while maintaining excellent customer service delivery from activating vacancies on Careers 24, screening CV`s, conducting telephone interviews and arranging one-on-one interviews.
Minimum Requirements…
Essential:
Grade 12 / Matric
Relevant Human Recourse Qualification
Minimum 2 - 5 years working experience in a similar environment
Advantageous:
Retail/FMCG industry experience
Job Specification…
Take ownership of assigned vacancies and ensure all recruitment activities are completed in a timely.
Assist in the administration of all relevant employment documentation.
Ensure candidates shortlisted fit the job specification.
Ensure relevant employees have an opportunity to screen applicants well in advance of scheduling interviews.
Adhere to Dis-Chem recruitment standards.
Liaise with department managers with regards to setting up interview time, date and venue.
Ensure candidates are well informed regarding their interview time, date and venue.
Ensure appropriate spaces are booked for interviews to take place to avoid any inconvenience.
Provide Dis-Chem staff with the necessary recruitment assistance as per standard operating procedures.
Assist employees with all recruitment queries.
Inform relevant employees of the correct recruitment policies and procedures.
Give relevant and accurate feedback to applicants regarding their application status.
Co-operate with audits and ensure a high level of customer service.
Competencies
Essential:
Maintain knowledge of recruitment best practice`s current and proposed legislation and regulatory requirements. Knowledge of Retail positions and functions in a Store, Head Office and Branch
English – Read, write and speak well
Trustworthy and Honest
Computer Skills – Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Advantageous:
2nd Additional language

Needs to work under pressure and reach tight deadlines
South African
MIE, clear criminal and credit
