Minimum Requirements

Amadeus experience
3-10 years + experience in TMC
Exceptional customer service skills
Well spoken
Team leading ability
Handle Corporate and/or Government Accounts
Excellent international fares and ticketing knowledge
Good destination knowledge
Job specifications

Ability to handle pressure
Ability to handle very large volumes and quick turnaround time
All travel related requests for Domestic, Regional and International bookings
EMD
Ticketing
Ticket re-issue
Process visas correctly and timeously
Domestic / Regional / International re-routings
Practice teamwork and has the enthusiasm to assist colleagues
