Our Client, OneCall24 is one of the UK's fastest growing Recruitment companies within the healthcare sector. They are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their team and will be based in Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal.

The successful candidate will need to have:

Strong Customer Service Relations and Sales Recruitment Background
Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills (Fluent in English)
A professional phone presence
Assertive, Goal Driven, Strong willed
Can handle multiple tasks and still able to hit targets
Duties and Responsibilities:

Recruiting healthcare professionals using job boards and our internal CRM system
Onboarding new candidates via going through a thorough registration and compliance process
Booking candidates out to work on a shift-to-shift basis
Building and maintaining relationships with each of our candidates and clients
Fulfilling our client's requirements by placing the right candidates proficiently
Minimum Requirements:

Education and Experience:

National Senior Certificate
A bachelor's degree in a related field may be advantageous
Minimum of 1 year Sales experience
Minimum of 1 year of Recruitment experience
Knowledge and Skills:

Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
Salary Breakdown:

Salary: R10 000 per month + commission
