Assist the service technician in completion of repairs and services.
Description
Responsibilities:

Attend to repair and maintenance as assigned
Assist with on-road repairs
Maintain levels of productivity and efficiency as instructed.
General workshop duties.
Ensure that all tools and equipment is in a safe and working order
Ensure that work area is safe prior to starting work.
Required Qualification/Experience:

Grade 10 Certificate
Minimum 1 year workshop experience
Previous experience of DAF vehicle maintenance advantageous
Experience in basic vehicle repairs essential
Key Competencies/Skills:

Must be able to work under pressure.
Must be able to work without direct supervision.
Must be bilingual
Communication – Ability to work with people at different levels within the organisation
