To handle sales administrative tasks and act as an extension of the sales team when representatives are away from the office. Administrators provide a point of contact for customers with queries about course offerings.
Educational Requirements:
Grade 12
Diploma/Certification in office administration OR sales and Marketing will be an advantage
1-3 years in a similar role
MS office proficient
ICAS experience an advantage
Duties and Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent customer service to all clients and students
Able to display and apply extensive product knowledge
Able to display accurate and efficient use of ICAS system
Able to liaise with students and to ensure all student queries are effectively dealt with
General administration for sales department
Requirements
