Yara Animal Nutrition's operations in South Africa include a raw materials processing plant near Durban, as well as sales distribution across the country. Selling mineral feed supplements to feed producers and farmers across Southern Africa and selected international markets. Globally, Yara was Founded in 1905 to solve the emerging famine in Europe, Yara has a worldwide presence with about 17,000 employees and operations in over 60 countries

Responsibilities
Maintain the daily product order/delivery load-plan by updating information, transport bookings and movement of loads.
Process customer orders and follow up on dispatches
Receive orders from cooperatives electronically and distribute to relevant sales representative
Distribute price lists to customers and sales team
Assist with customer queries
Call and order ad-hoc products when needed
Capture purchase orders, and follow up on good receipts
Checking that prices, products are correct against customer order
Follow up on production postings, weighbridge tickets etc. to enable processing of orders
Verify that load is delivered to customers, so transporters are paid accordingly
Coordinate courier of documents to and from sales team
Coordinate and arrange bookings for travel, accommodation, meals, refreshments for marketers meeting, functions
Minute taking at all departmental meetings
Profile
Matric
Preferably 3 years working experience in a marketing environment as well as sales and distribution
Must be computer literate (Microsoft), experience in a SAP environment would be an advantage
Tertiary qualification would be an Advantage
Bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
