To support the planning, organization and monitoring of all aspects of the preparation of Sales to the start of contract negotiations
Job descriptions includes but not limited: -
General Administration
Monitoring of new Sales adverts on a daily basis
Emailing new leads to Sales Administrator
General query handling
Escalation of queries
Ad hoc maintenance of Sales register
Ad hoc updates to Sales library
Maintenance of electronic filing system
Completion of Supplier Database Registrations as and when needed
Follow up of expiry of supporting documentation (Tax Clearance Certificates, ICASA licenses etc)
Provide ongoing assistance to the Sales Director Administrator as and when required
Monitoring of National Treasury website for circulars in terms of new procurement policies/legislation etc
Administration of electronic contracts database.
Arranging payment and collection of sales document
Minimum requirements
Grade 12
Minimum 3 years general administrative experience
2 years sales experience
Be computer literate
Effective time management skills
Ability to work under pressure
Good organizational and communication skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels
