This role will be ideal for a candidate who pays attention to detail, is required to verify and confirm all customer details by providing a telephonic and/or electronic service through liaising with various internal and external stakeholders.

1) Verification and confirmation of customer profiles

2) Maintain customer services

3) Quality control

4) Follow company processes accurately to ensure quality of service delivery

5) Administration and reporting

6) Provide Relief Services


A little about who you are

Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
1 Year experience in office administration and/or a data capturing preferably in a contact centre environment
Clear understanding of an operational contact centre environment
