Sales Field Marketer (Durban)

Diversey is a provider of cleaning, sanitation and maintenance products, systems and services that efficiently integrate chemicals, machines and sustainability programs. Everything we do is based on the implicit belief that cleaning and hygiene are life essentials and that what we undertake constitutes a vital service.

This position is for 6 months currently.

Duties:

New business development in the Retail market – driving new business and changing over stores to the Diversey solutions

Spend 4 days of the week visiting a selection of Retail stores as per a pre-arranged route plan

The store visits will entail selling the Diversey solution to the store manager or relevant decision maker

The store visits will also entail basic technical maintenance in the existing Diversey retail network

Spend 1 day of the week in the office providing detailed feedback on the week`s activities

Qualifications:

Current Driver’s license

Minimum matric or equivalent qualification;

Presentable, with excellent interpersonal skills

Strong verbal and written English communication skills

Technical knowledge of chemical dispensing systems;

Willing to travel extensively

Willing to work overtime, as and when expected by the company

Understanding of retail, wholesale, Distribution store level.

Excellent Excel Skills

Good Data analytical skills
