We are looking for an awesome and energetic Learning and Development Sales person.
The individual will be responsible for achieving maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration by effectively selling the related services.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development.
Assisting in conceptualizing customer requirements and to translate into sales for the company.
Scheduling meetings with clients for the purposes of demonstrating new products, concepts and services.
Formulate business proposals according to customers business needs.
Facilitate negotiation of price and variations in price.
Develop new opportunities and close existing ones.
Providing weekly sales progress reports on calls made and the outcomes.
Participation in the sales team meeting, developing sales strategies to implement across the business.
Requirements
3 to 5 years work experience in a consultative selling environment, or 3 to 5 years in a corporate learning and development role.
Understanding the South African SETA and L&D Landscape to effect sales.
