A great family is looking for an AU PAIR to assist with their two children aged 9 and 11 years old

Area: Saxonwold
Working hours: Mon – Fri: 13:30 - 17:30
School Holidays: Same Hours - But candidates who are able to work full day during school holidays will be preferred.
Start date: 01 April 2022 - Permanent role
Duties: Most importantly: driving around the kids (to/from school, activities, playdates), supervising homework and studying (not just see that they do it, but that the homework is correct and/or test whether they know their work for tests and exams), assist with school projects etc. Keep them busy with fun and/or constructive activities during holidays. Pack lunch boxes for the following day’s school.
Requirements: Needs to be very fluent in Afrikaans, Preferably not younger than 24 years and not too old to play ball games such as cricket with the boy. Au pair or teaching experience is very important, ideally for primary school kids. Contactable references are very important. We need someone punctual/perfectionistic
Salary: R7000 - R8000 per month plus SARS Rates (R3.82)

All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:
**** Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
****Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.
****Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
****Must have a clear criminal record
****Must have a passion for children
****Must have Matric
****Must have a South African ID document.
