Introduction
CallForce Direct specialises in BPO recruitment, focusing on human development and empowerment of South Africans.

We are seeking University Graduates with no experience to teach English to students from Asian countries, via an online platform. Most of the students live and work in Asia, they tend to be juniors, graduates and/or working professionals; they have had some exposure to the English language and will be looking to brush up on their conversational capabilities.

This is a full-time office based position, requires commitment and dedication at our Language Center in Sunninghill, Sandton.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Able to lead a group of 1-6 individuals

Able to motivate students and encourage participation

Prepare/adapt appropriate teaching materials

Personal Qualities:

Patient, Confident, Enthusiastic, Empathetic, Punctual

Solid work ethic – hard working with a willingness to learn

Able to motivate students with little confidence

Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) is essential

Completed Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent to NQF7 (essential)

English as a first language

Energetic and professional personality

Willing and able to work either:

Night shift 23h30 - 08h30
Day shift 09h30 – 17h30
Computer Literate (essential)

Own Vehicle (advantageous)

TEFL and Training Provided
