Full-time, Permanent

An opportunity has arisen in a successful growing business in Verulam KZN, for an experienced Stock Controller.

Responsibilities:

· Ensure movement of stock is executed and documented;

· Stock control / management;

· Monitor admin clerks to ensure that all stock control systems are adhered to;

· Data capturing of stock information and daily reporting;

· Handle stock takes, stock checks, stock count and inspection;

· Ensure stocklists are correctly updated and documented.

Requirements:

· Grade 12;

· Candidate must live in Verulam or surrounding areas

· Minimum 1 years Stock Control

· Must understand inventory and what checks must be done in order to reconcile variances;

· Previous stock control, warehouse and logistics experience;

· Computer literate with MS office (Excel, word)

· Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

· Detailed oriented.

· Effective organizing skills.

· Ability to analyse and problem

· Works well under pressure

· Reliable, honest and transparent

· Strong communication and teamwork skills
